Hard landscaping is the built part of an outdoor space: the paving, paths, steps, walls, drainage and boundaries that people walk on and rely on every day. It is also where most external safety issues come from, so it is worth getting right and worth keeping an eye on.
We deliver both improvement works and the repairs that keep a site safe and compliant. Trip hazards, failing surfaces, standing water and poor lighting on external routes are the sort of thing that gets flagged on an inspection and then sits on a list, and we would rather deal with them properly.

Most of our sites are working buildings, so the plan matters as much as the work. Access routes, pedestrian segregation, noise, dust and timing are agreed before anything starts, and phased where needed so the building keeps running.
All works are covered by method statements and risk assessments as standard, and we hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, so the documentation a managing agent or facilities team needs is there without having to ask twice.
