ECMS is a family-rooted facilities management company with nearly four decades of experience delivering high-quality, reliable services across cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and projects. Established in 1985, we have grown from a small cleaning business into a multi-service partner trusted by clients across London and the South East.

Our journey has always been guided by quality, care, and long-term relationships. In 2019, ECMS entered an important new chapter when the founder entrusted his greatest asset—the business he built—to his daughter and her husband. This transition preserved the family values at the heart of ECMS while bringing fresh energy, modern thinking, and a clear vision for the future.

Since then, we have continued to evolve. We’ve expanded our service offering, strengthened our focus on sustainability and decarbonisation, invested in our people’s wellbeing, and embraced technology to improve transparency, efficiency, and client experience. While our business has grown, our approach remains the same: personal, accountable, and focused on doing things properly.
