ECMS was appointed to deliver a full-service contract combining daily cleaning and planned maintenance services. Our team implemented a structured PPM schedule to ensure all critical systems remained compliant and operational, while also managing all statutory checks and documentation.

Alongside compliance works, our engineers and operatives carried out reactive maintenance and a variety of fabric and small project works—supporting the upkeep, safety, and presentation of the workplace. Regular communication with the site team ensured tasks were prioritised effectively and any issues were resolved quickly and without disruption.
