The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield required a cleaning partner capable of maintaining the high standards expected within a prestigious central London building, while also delivering a wide scope of specialist services. With a diverse mix of communal areas to manage, the site needed a reliable, flexible, and highly professional solution—without disruption to building users or day-to-day operations.
Our Solution
ECMS deployed a full-time on-site operative providing 105 hours of dedicated cleaning support every week. Our team took full responsibility for daily cleaning of all communal and tenant spaces, ensuring that high-traffic areas were maintained to the highest standard throughout the day. Alongside core cleaning, we introduced a chemical-free cleaning programme, aligning with the client’s environmental commitments and enhancing indoor air quality for tenants.
We also scheduled regular specialist and periodic cleans, conducted after hours to minimise disruption. Exterior presentation was maintained through a combination of window and façade cleaning, while our hygiene services ensured washrooms remained well-stocked, sanitised and professionally presented. In addition, we delivered a discreet laundry service, managed all pest control requirements, and introduced a hawking service to deter nuisance birds in the surrounding area.
All activity was overseen by a dedicated supervisor, with regular audits and transparent reporting processes in place to maintain service quality and swiftly resolve any issues.
