MARS Global required a complete refurbishment of their toilet facilities to modernise the space, improve accessibility, and upgrade outdated infrastructure. The existing layout no longer supported efficient use of space, and the ageing fittings, utilities, and finishes needed full replacement. The client also required a compliant Doc M installation to meet accessibility regulations, alongside a design that would enhance the overall user experience.

ECMS delivered a full redesign supported by detailed CAD drawings and 3D modelling to present a clear vision of the new layout. The project involved complete strip-out works, wall restructuring, and installation of new plasterboard partitions to optimise the space.
We upgraded all plumbing, heating, and lighting systems, ensuring efficiency and long-term reliability. Custom-made doors, bespoke cubicles, and tailored worktops brought a premium, modern finish, while a fully compliant Doc M toilet with an automated door was installed to meet accessibility standards.
