    Air Conditioning FAQ’s

    Air conditioning provides cool air to a room or it can be installed throughout a building making your premises comfortable for its occupants.     It’s usually necessary to apply to your Local Planning Authority for permission to install air conditioning but there are instances where it is not necessary. It is best to check with your local authority before installation.

    As well as installation, we also cover maintenance on systems that we have installed and on systems that we take over.  We can repair air conditioning systems on an ad hoc basis but we do recommend a maintenance schedule to keep your system running efficiently. This avoids bigger problems and unnecessary breakdowns; it also prolongs the life of your air conditioning.
