Yes, as a business owner you have a responsibility to care for persons in your employment and those visiting your place of business under The Management Of Health & Safety at Work regulations.

This is dependent on the type of lift you have, how old it is and the frequency of usage. We advise fortnightly visits for normal usage. However, if you have goods lifts and service lifts you can probably organise maintenance monthly dependent on usage. Disabled lifts are usually serviced once a quarter.

Yes, our engineers are fully trained on all different types of lifts and familiar with all the manufacturers. They also carry all the relevant spare parts and componentry so if there is any need to replace worn or damaged fixings they can be carried out on the same day where possible. If a part is not available, we will organise locating it and get it installed as soon as possible.

We attend your site and conduct physical and visual checks. We make sure all the moving parts are freely moving and lubricated and motors, ropes, doors etc. are operating correctly. We also provide you with a report detailing the service, pointing out any areas of deterioration and if we need to undertake repairs.
