    Fully Managed Service Benefits

    Signing up to ECMS’ Fully Managed Support Service gives you a huge range of benefits including one point of contact for all your facility needs, this is excellent for building a trusting relationship.

    It also includes:

    • Discounted Rates/Call Out Charges

      This is dependent on the maintenance package you choose. We offer 7.5% to 12.5% discount on call-outs. An ECMS Account Manager can discuss the best package for your business with you. We provide a Schedule of Rates. This has no hidden charges and all our labour rates are inclusive of fuel, parking and congestion. This means any additional cost would only be for materials.

    • Fixed Rates

      When you sign up to Cleaning, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Fully Managed Support Services, we fix our rates with you for three years, subject to any employment legislation changes.

    • Priority Client

      This gives you guaranteed 24 hour support and emergency response.

    • Budget Monitoring

      When you employ ECMS to take control of all your maintenance and cleaning requirements, your dedicated Account Manager will effectively monitor costs against set budgets as well as providing you with detail in relevant reports.

    • Regular Review Meetings

      We provide regular review meetings with your dedicated Account Manager & Cleaning Manager and we can arrange a schedule of review meetings and audits whenever needed or on an ad hoc basis as required.

    • Online Portal

      All of our clients who take up Fully Managed Support Service have access to the ECMS portal which holds documents such as site folders, budgeting reports, RAMS, policies, Insurance documents etc. These documents are accessible 24/7.

    • One Sub-Contractor

      Using ECMS saves you time and reduces any risk as you have one company that covers all your maintenance and cleaning needs.

    • Diary Management

      We will schedule and arrange all of your Cleaning and Planned Preventative Maintenance, leaving you free to run your business.

    • ECMS Presence

      All of the ECMS staff are fully trained in fault-finding and with a constant presence at your site, there is always someone available to discuss issues, whether your dedicated ECMS Account Manager, Cleaning Operations Manager, Cleaning Supervisor, Engineer or Cleaning Team. You also have access to the help-desk 24 hours a day.

    • Weekly or Monthly Invoicing

      We provide weekly or monthly invoicing as required, this reduces the amount of invoices that need processing.

    • Health, Safety & Legislative Requirements

      We make sure you meet Health & Safety and legislative requirements.

    • No CIS Implications

      Using ECMS you have no CIS complications.

    • Simple Termination

      For your peace of mind, we are so confident that you will be extremely satisfied in our service that we offer a simple termination of three months.

    • Your Maintenance Is Our Responsibility

      Taking up the Full Managed Support Service package means the onus is on us to arrange and perform all maintenance requirements at your place of business, arrange cover when required and make sure all of our engineers attend with SLA’s.
