Service Packages

At ECMS, we have designed several service packages to meet our clients’ requirements. We also give all our clients the opportunity to upgrade to alternative packages whenever needed. Additionally, we can work with you to create bespoke service packages or, you can choose to select ECMS’ services individually, for example, just Cleaning or individual Planned Preventative Maintenance. When you do this, you simply use our Basic Reactive Maintenance call-out service.

We pride ourselves on flexibility allowing our clients to choose exactly what support they want from our team. However, if clients choose us to cover Cleaning and Planned Preventative Maintenance as well, we can make a simple adjustment to any a contract to include the Fully Managed Support Service for just a small fee. This gives our clients the added bonus of many additional benefits.

We believe that smaller businesses may benefit from the Managed Reactive Service due to the amount of call-outs that might be required. This type of service gives priority status and peace of mind.

Reactive Maintenance Basic

£150 per month

Discounts: 7.5% reduction on schedule of rates call out

Fully Managed Support Service

£250 per month

Discounts: 12.5% reduction on schedule of rates call out
Qualify: 15 hours Daily Office Cleaning & 3 PPMs

24 Hour Coverage

At ECMS we appreciate that excellent customer service is key to building a solid reputation. Additionally, repeat business, retaining existing contracts and establishing new contracts is all down to our unparalleled customer service. We base our service model around providing exceptional and reactive service to all of our clients. We provide our clients with instant response and access to information that may be required, 24 hours a day. All information is transparent and kept on-site for direct communication with cleaners and we record all Planned Preventative Maintenance visits that take place.

  • Contracts
  • Site Folders (Specs, RAMS, COSHH etc.)
  • PPM Schedules
  • Reporting
  • Communication Books

In case of emergency or in the instance that you might not be able to contact your Account or Cleaning Manager, you will be granted full access to our 24 hour help-desk.  The help-desk is a friendly team that take time to understand your requirements and keep you up to date throughout any work undertaken.
